Modalités d'inscription
Inscription gratuite à effectuer, sur l'installation sportive indiquée, auprès du moniteur responsable.
Certaines écoles municipales sont limitées en nombre. Il est vivement conseillé de s'incrire le plus rapidement possible dès septembre 2011.
Conditions à remplir
- Présenter une photo d'identité
- Remplir l'autorisation parentale délivrée par le moniteur
- Apporter un certificat médical délivré par le médecin traitant ou le centre médico-sportif (visite obligatoire et gratuite, tél. 04 94 57 67 30 le matin pour un rendez-vous)
- Fournir une attestation d'assurance couvrant les risques extra-scolaires (assurance scolaire ou responsabilité civile des parents)
